THIS CAT IS NOT ALLOWED OUTSIDE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Adequate indoor sanitary facilities will be provided. If cat is found to be neglected or in ill health for an unreasonable length of time purchaser will surrender cat to seller unconditionally. This cat/kitten is purchased as a PET. If purchased as a pet, purchaser agrees to neuter or spay this cat within 6 to 8 months after birth, or within thirty days after purachase if this is an adult cat. Purchaser further agrees that this cat/kitten will not be used for stud or breeding. Seller to provide predigree and registration papers on this cat upon presentation of a verterinarians certificate of altering. Seller makes no guarantees as to the health or show quality of this cat/kitten. No refunds will be given on any sale if the buyer decides not to keep the kitten/cat. No refunds will be given on a deposit if buyer decides not to buy the kitten/cat from our cattery. Purchaser agrees to have kitten/cat to a verterinarian within three days from the above contract date and to keep the kitten/cat seperated from all other animals until veterinarian's approval is given. No legal action of any kind may be instituted against seller with respect to the sale of this kitten/cat.
